Professional Map Illustration and Site Plan Drawing Services

As an experienced freelance map illustrator and site plan drawer based in India, I have been providing my services since November 2017. With over three hours of experience in this field, I have mastered the art of creating custom map illustrations and colored site plans that establish an emotional connection with potential buyers.

I offer a wide range of map illustration services, including real estate property maps, PLAT/LOT plans, community maps, presentation site plans, resort maps, RV park maps, self-storage maps, business location maps, neighborhood maps, Google map locations, and event maps. Each map is meticulously crafted to meet the unique requirements of the client, ensuring a personalized and tailored product.

My service is divided into three levels, each offering different levels of detail and complexity to suit the client’s needs. If none of the preset levels align with the client’s vision, I am more than happy to create a custom offer to meet their specific requirements.

To begin the process, all I need from the client is a Google map location and a rough image or idea. From there, I will deliver a high-quality map in JPEG, PDF, or PNG format, tailored to the client’s preferences. For those who require it, I can also provide a vector result, although it may not have the same level of detail as the raster images in my portfolio.

The pricing of my service is determined by the size and complexity of the map, so I always recommend clients to reach out to me beforehand to confirm the pricing before placing an order. Clients also have the option to add the source file as a gig extra, with the default file format being in Photoshop (as specified in the FAQ). For clients who prefer an Illustrator file, they can specify this before placing the order.
