I offer a FREE ZOOM CONSULTATION prior to our first lesson, to discuss goals and scheduling.

My name is Robbie & I am a professional guitar teacher of 17 years. I generally go one of two ways with my students:

Some prefer to work through method books with me, where we learn how to read music, & some prefer a more freeform style, where we go through fun songs, or songs you’d hear on the radio. Some have found that they prefer a combination of the two as well!

I understand that everyone has different needs in their learning & I am a firm believer that learning music should never feel like a chore.

– Basic & advanced chord forms
– Reading both musical notation & TAB
– Websites & resources I use
– Tricks & shortcuts to make your life easier as a guitarist
– Techniques (hybrid picking, alternate picking, sweep picking, finger style etc..)

– Proper ergonomic form while playing guitar to avoid injury (learn from my old mistakes haha)
